![]() Try each driver you've used in the past that's listed there. If that fails too, try any other drivers you have queued for that device in Devie Manager on the Sound device's Driver Tab, then Update Driver, then Browse Computer, then Let me Pick. If not try the older one by installing it from the download to test it. Try uninstalling the newer one then restart the PC to see if it works correctly. There is only a windows 8 Audio driver there from 2012, so you likely have a newer one from Windows Update. Update the Sound controller driver from the PC's Support Downloads webpage here. Run the Sound Playback troubleshooter from Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshoot.
